Jieliwell provides 12 months or 1000 hours for the whole machine from on board time.
Usually Jieliwell producing time is 15- 20 days after we receive the advanced payment. For some standard products, we may have stock and could delivery immediately.
Jieliwell battery continuous working time is around 3-6 hours (working time depend on battery volume).It needs usually 8 – 12 hours to charge the battery, Jieliwell’s charger is automatic, after the battery is full, it will stop working automatically.
Yes, Jieliwell can provide customized products per your request, both OEM and ODM are acceptable. We do a lots of non-standard products, welcome your special reqeust.
Our chargers voltage could be 110V 220V 240 380V 415V ( 1 phase or 3 phases, 50/60HZ). Power plug could be USA/UK/AUSTRALIA/EUPROPEAN standard.
Yes, of course, you just need to offer us the RAL code.
We do 100% testing for all products before packing. We have an excellent QC process and department, they will check every product to make sure it can be used before shipment.
